Spill Baby Spill!!

The latest attempt by British Petroleum to stop the massive oil leak in the Gulf has failed.  This is a terrible situation. The head of BP has tried variety of methods to stop the oil... all of which sound suspiciously like something you would order off of the menu at a Vietnamese brothel..... They tried the Dome, the Top Hat, the Junk Shot and now the Top Kill...... BP has announced plans to next attempt a Cleveland steamer followed by a dirty Sanchez directly over the leak.

Again I'm really interested in where the "Drill Baby Drill" crowd is.  I'm not saying I'm against drilling. I'm actually for it. We can't break away from oil overnight but we can try to get away from the OPEC boys club that wants to bleed us dry then kill us. What I am against is the kind of adult set on mental retardation we see in people like Sarah Palin. Her kind of absolutism is just pathetic.... unfortunately it works.  Hopefully this tragic situation will open the eyes of her drones to understand the other side of the argument so we can work together on a holistic energy solution for the US.  But I doubt it.
